OVERVIEW:
- Customers must have a credit account with ACS in order to rent this wax machine. No renting to COD accounts.
- There is an option to top emboss the wax with a separate tool on the same machine. Tooling cost for client’s account.
- Machine is to be rented for a minimum of 1 day.
- Bottle range: the machine seals bottles sized 0.50 – 1.5 litres.
- Production rate: around 400/450 bottles per hour, depending on the operator.
- Power supply: 220/240V.
- Energy consumption: 3 KW.
- The temperature, immersion and cooling times can be personalised via a simple operator control panel to ensure optimal results.

- Bottle range: the machine seals bottles sized 750ml and certain 1.5 litre bottles (please enquire for confirmation on waxing a 1.5 litre bottle when using this model wax machine).
- Production rate: around 2000/2500 bottles per day
- The temperature, immersion and cooling times can be personalised via a simple operator control panel to ensure optimal results.
SINCERA 4 - model for 4 bottles

- OVERVIEW:
Customers must have a credit account with ACS in order to rent this wax machine. No renting to COD accounts. - There is an option to top emboss the wax with a separate tool on the same machine. Tooling cost for client’s account.
- Machine is to be rented for a minimum of 1 day.
- Bottle range: the machine seals bottles sized 0.75 – 3 litres.
- Production rate: around 250/400 bottles per hour, depending on the operator.
- Power supply: 3 x 400V – 50Hz.
Energy consumption: 3 KW. - The temperature, immersion and cooling times can be personalised via a simple operator control panel to ensure optimal results.
SLOW COOKER POT
SAP Codes: APPLICATOR030/ APPLICATOR031/ APPLICATOR032/
OVERVIEW:
- If the quantity of bottles which you want to wax does not justify the rental of our wax machines, you can rent a slow cooker from us.
- If the slow cooker is delivered at the same time as the wax, there will be no delivery fee charged.
- There will however be a delivery fee charged for the collection of the slow cooker once you have finished using it, unless you are able to bring it back to the ACS office in Paarl.

ACS STAFF LABOUR & TRANSPORT COSTS
Should you need our team’s assistance – you can choose to either make use of only our operator (and use 3 of your own staff to do the packing & unpacking of crates). Or you could make use of our operator plus 3 of our staff members for the waxing process. The staff will need a table, provided by the client, for the waxing process.

Softening point: 43 – 48oC
Melting point: 65 – 67oC
Application Temperature: 75 – 85 oC
Boiling point: +/- 155 oC
Decomposition point: above 230 oC
