OVERVIEW:

  • Customers must have a credit account with ACS in order to rent this wax machine. No renting to COD accounts.
  • There is an option to top emboss the wax with a separate tool on the same machine. Tooling cost for clientā€™s account.
  • Machine is to be rented for a minimum of 1 day.
  • Bottle range: the machine seals bottles sized 0.50 ā€“ 1.5 litres.
  • Production rate: around 400/450 bottles per hour, depending on the operator.
  • Power supply: 220/240V.
  • Energy consumption: 3 KW.
  • The temperature, immersion and cooling times can be personalised via a simple operator control panel to ensure optimal results.
