48 x 30.5mm Sparkling Cork – One-Disc

Traditional Sparkling cork (1-Disc) is widely used in the wine industry for the sealing of MCC products.  These corks consist of a macro-agglomerated body with one natural cork disc at the one end of the cork. Although you can use a 2-Disc cork, 1-Disc corks are mostly used for sparkling products and are only available in one grade, namely First.  All our incoming corks are TCA batch tested to ensure that we comply with the regulated TCA levels as stipulated by the Cork Council.
